On March 17, 2021, an outdoor astrophoto exhibition was opened in the large lawns of the embassy, organized by the Hungarian Cultural Institute Delhi, together with the Hungarian Embassy in New Delhi and the Association of Hungarian Astrophotographers (MAFE). The opening speech was delivered by H.E. András László Király, Ambassador of Hungary, dr. Nandivada Rathnasree, director of the Nehru Planetarium in New Delhi, and (from video playback) by Mr. László Francsics, president of MAFE. The exhibition - which can be presented at other locations in the future - entitled "Csillagképek / Constellations" offers a compilation of the best works of Hungarian astrophotographers, winners of several international awards. Hungary is a great power in the photography of distant celestial bodies, in astrophotography, which is also proved by the fact that in 2019 the absolute winner of the Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year (Royal Observatory, Greenwich) was astrophotographer László Francsics. Rafael Schmall and Bence Tóth won a category award last year, as previously did his six Hungarian fellow astrophotographers.
